Each murukku is twisted by hand, one at a time, the way it is done for weddings in the villages around Madurai. Crisp, light and never oily. Fried in small batches in wood-pressed groundnut oil and packed within 24 hours of frying.
Made in a small batch by a Magalir Kulu women’s group in Tamil Nadu and packed under the TVK Magalir Kulu name. Shelf life 45 days. Sold and shipped by TVK Magalir Kulu.
