Returns and refunds

If an item arrives damaged, spoiled, wrong or missing, tell us within 7 days of delivery from your order page or on WhatsApp. Send a photo of the item and the packaging.

We arrange a pickup where the courier supports it; otherwise we refund without a return. Opened food items cannot be returned for taste preference.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded to a UPI ID or bank account you give us.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are packed. After that, please use the return process.
