Orders ship within 24 hours on working days from the Magalir Kulu that made your product. Orders with items from more than one group ship as separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Delivery takes about 2 days inside Tamil Nadu, 3 days in the rest of South India and 4 to 6 days elsewhere in India. Delivery is free on orders above ₹499; otherwise ₹49.

We use Delhivery, Xpressbees and Ekart. You get the tracking link by WhatsApp and SMS the moment the courier scans the parcel.

Chocolates ship with an ice pack between March and June and may be held over weekends to avoid heat damage.
